This is the first movie that glows in the dark! A scientist (Karloff) discovers a new element, Radium X. It came from an asteriod that hit the Earth many years ago. He starts an expedition to find the asteroid and new element . Bela Lugosi uses it to help people but Karloff starts to go mad from the radiation poisoning he got from the asteriod and begins to kill the members of the expedition because he thinks they have betrayed him. He then goes to kill his wife who he thinks has betrayed him also . His mother steps in to save the day. Karloff wasn't all bad, luckily for his wife he still listens to his mother. A film with Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff together, nothing short of a classic!
